40-something Wife to my soul mate, Mum to 3 adult kids who I'm extremly proud of, Gran to 3 adorable grandsons. These guys are my world.
My grandmother taught me knit at the early age of 4..... I was hooked....at the age of 8 she taught me to crochet.....I'm am blessed to have had such an amazing woman pass on her passion to me.
I decided to take up my knitting and crocheting again after many years of a break. I am totally hooked again............if not creating with yarn or paper I'm reading, can't beat a good book.
I became a Beader a couple of years ago which I still dabble in however I'm still a novice but love learning.....
In the Summer months I play Lawn Bowls, I'm a huge Dr Who fan....just a self confessed geek really :)
I hope I can inspire you with my yarn and sewing creations with the odd book review thrown in too.
